The Bake Shop & Location
The NY Italian Texan Bake Shop is a luxury authentic Italian Bake Shop serving Frisco, Texas and surrounding areas. Woman owned, Food Manager certified, registered and insured, baking in a shared commercial kitchen. We will be doing pop up events all over North Dallas, but our home will be at Cibo Kitchens, right in the heart of Frisco‘s Rail District!
The bake shop offers made to order NY, Italian and Texan inspired sweet treats. My specialty is cannoli and traditional Italian cookies, rainbow cookies, and all things rainbow cookie! We like to keep our menu traditional, while keeping up with all the new trends offered in the best bake shops in NY and beyond! I also offer pastries, specialty cakes and catering: wedding cookie table, custom dessert table, trays of cookies or tray of mini pastry, cannoli tower, rainbow cookie tower. Special holiday weekly menu available. Most items require a two day notice. Email, text, or call to place your order.
The kitchen is not a nut, gluten, dairy, or soy free facility, but we can accommodate customers without allergies. Contact me for more formation.
Delivery
After you place your order pick up or deliver will be scheduled. Pickup and Deliver is by appointment only. Delivery is available for Frisco, Texas and surrounding areas Tuesday through Saturday. If you are not in the local area, pickup can be arranged or delivery for a fee. Contact me for more info. Feel free to reach out with any questions! I look forward to serving you!
Meet The NY Italian Texan
My name is Joanna. I was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised on Long Island, NY where we were fortunate to have (what felt like), an authentic Italian bake shop on every corner. Being Italian American comes with traditions and each birthday or holiday was celebrated with family. We always visited our neighborhood Italian bake shop to pick out a cake or pastries for the occasion to make it special. Cannoli Cake is near and dear to my heart because it was my Dad’s favorite. During the holidays beautifully wrapped cookie trays filled the bakery shelves. It was truly magical!
We moved to Texas 8 years ago and while we are loving our new life in this beautiful state, I still miss many things I loved about New York and sharing my Italian heritage. I always had a love for cooking and baking. I am not surprised, because I learned from the best! I was always baking and recreating popular New York inspired desserts and sharing with my family and friends, especially during the holidays. My favorite thing to bake are rainbow cookies. My recipes are inspired by famous bakeries in New York. While listening to a sermon on the book of Nehemiah, I felt a tug at my heart to share my love with all my new Texas friends, and The NY Italian Texan Bake Shop was born! My mission is to bring the authentic New York, Italian bakery flavor to Texas with the best possible quality, and I'm looking forward to making your experience just as special as mine!
