The NY Italian Texan Bake Shop is a luxury mobile italian bake shop, baking in a state of the art commercial kitchen in Little Elm, TX. I offer made to order Italian American, New York, and Texan inspired sweet treats. My specialty is made to order, handmade cannoli, traditional Italian cookies, pastries, specialty cakes and more! We will have a special weekly menu available.

Meet The NY Italian Texan
Ciao! My name is Joanna. I was born and raised in NY, and on Long Island where we were fortunate to have, what felt like, an amazing traditional italian bake shop on every corner. Being italian american, each birthday or holiday was celebrated with family. We always visited our neighborhood italian bake shop to pick out a cake or pastries for the occasion to make it special. During the holidays beautifully wrapped cookie trays filled the bakery shelves. It was truly magical!
We moved to Texas, and while we are loving our new life in this beautiful state, I am still missing many things I loved about NY and sharing my italian american heritage. I always had a love for cooking and baking. I am not surprised, because I learned from the best! One day, I was inspired by a sermon on the book of Nehemiah, I felt a tug at my heart to share my love with all my new Texas friends, and The NY Italian Texan was born! My mission is to bring the authentic New York, Italian American bakery flavor to Texas, and I'm looking forward to making your experience just as special!
