The NY Italian Texan Bake Shop is an authentic New York, Italian American Bake Shop. Woman owned, Food Manager certified, registered and insured.

Our specialty is cannoli, traditional Italian cookies, & Rainbow cookies. Our goods are made to order.  Preorder by sending an email.  Enjoy our fresh, handmade and from scratch, cannoli shells, candied fruit, and almond paste!  We like to keep our menu traditional, while keeping up with all the new trends offered in the best bake shops in NY and beyond!  We also offer catering for Holidays, Birthdays, Weddings, or any event, custom Wedding Cookie Table, or Dessert Table, and specialty cakes.  We will be operating as a Texas cottage bakery until our relocation next year.  Our home kitchen is not nut, gluten, dairy, or soy free.

Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised on Long Island, where we were fortunate to have (what felt like) an authentic Italian  bake shop on every corner.   Being Italian American comes with traditions and each birthday or holiday was celebrated with family.  We always visited our neighborhood Italian bake shop to pick out a cake or pastries for the occasion to make it special.   Cannoli Cake is near and dear to my heart, because it was my Dad’s favorite.  During the holidays beautifully gift wrapped cookie trays filled the bakery shelves.  It was truly magical!

I always had a love for cooking and baking.  I am not surprised, because I learned from the best!   I was always baking and recreating popular New York & Italian inspired desserts and sharing with my family and friends, especially during the holidays.  My favorite thing to bake are rainbow cookies.  My recipes are inspired by famous bakeries in New York. After moving to the Lone Start State, I still missed many things about New  York, especially sharing my Italian heritage, sharing my baking, and the authentic Italian bakeries.  My mission is to bring the authentic New York, Italian bakery flavor to Texas with the best possible quality, and I'm looking forward to making your experience just as special as mine!
